Its Official!

Well its official my wedding is going to be August 14 2010 the day after my Birfday. What a Celebreation it will be! I know its going to be warm but hey im a heater anyway so whats a few more degrees of heat to kick things up a notch! My colors are going to be Red Orange Yellow Green.This is what i'm going for with some minor adjustments.



I think they all complement each other nicely. Lots to plan but i'm so excited and cant wait.

Good Old State

So it looks like im going back to good old state college. This past weekend me and Eddie made a trek up to state college to investigate the potential of him going back to school. After consultation form his saxaphone professor, some counsel from the registrar, practice in the next couple of months and a future audition in january Eddie plans to re enroll in the music school. I am so totally excited for him. I'll find a job and work full time which should be fun to get a new job! Its funny how lifes paths can lead you in so many directions and then turn you around to make a stop in a familar happy place. Life has become exciting and unpredictable but isn't that what its supposed to be? I love the thrill of future plans and unexpected solutions. We stayed with one of our close friends Julio and enjoyed remincing about past experinces of cars breaking down, late nights out with friends, and classic dating catastrophies good times. We eat some delicious Champs wings, and pigged out on the Ponderosa Salad Bar you pretty much can't beat it! Im looking forward to whats to come and can't wait to start on a new path!!!! (ps i didn't take this pic got it from website i just liked it a real lot) LETS GO STATE!!!!

So today was a great day Eddie, Harry and I decided that we were going to start training for a 10 k Run. We are all so out of shape its hilar. We were sitting around in our little living room this morning when we realized we're a bunch of couch potatoes and it was time for a change. We decided to drive over to broomall's memorial park and walk/run (run only if our body would allow us and let me just say our bodies let us know it was to much when we couldn't catch our breath) a few laps. We stretched and enjoyed the exersize. Its just the start but i tote enjoyed the days progression. Just recently we purchased a GFG (lean mean fat grilling machine) a George forman. This should greatly help our new eating habbits. Though its the begining i'm excited to see us a month from now and hopefully our trips to the track won't be so harsh.

Five things u never knew!!

You know i have a lot of strange weird habbits and things i do here but here are just 5 of my random delights!
1. I am in love with anything 80's. I am so glad its comming back in style but revamped. I pretty much love hot pink, hot green, and purple and would wear it all the time if i could. When i was around 9 i remeber owning a bright lime green hat that had some lame company logo i never heard of on it. I wore it all the time because it was hot lime green. I would even put it on backwards because i really thought it was much cooler that way. I love side pony tales, plastic buckles on my shirt, and scrunchies. In the summer when i was younger i would break out the 80's tapes of debbie gibbson and Tiffany and would create dance routines, jump rope acts and rollerskaing shows to the music...i was so good(i thought anyway). And 80's music well i can be found many of times jamming to it in my car or in my room. I love singing really loudly and obnoxiously so 80's music just makes it so much better.
2. Ok this is a funny thing I do that acctually makes me laugh even writing about it. So sometimes when I'm in an akward postion like I run into someone I at one time, maybe had a confrontation with, or even if i'm bored on campus and i feel like i should be doing something i pretend that someone called me on my cell phone. This one time i acctually started a conversation with...well no one...just so i could avoid talking to this one girl that i really didn't care for. I know you prob all think its really weird but i bet you all have thought about doing it, or maybe now you'll think about it. It really is a great way to look busy!
3. Another thing i really love is dancing. I love all kinds clubs, ballet, jazz and i would love to learn tap and hip hop. I love watching people dance and sometimes i just break out dancing when i love a song. Dancing makes me feel so excited bout anything. Gettin ready for my day i blare some quality music and dance around. Most times if i'm not in the mood for class or don't feel like doing anything i'll start dancing it really does just make everything better.
4. I think i've always been the random one in my family. I seemed to get into trouble a lot and even amazed those around me by the things i am able to accomplish on my own. One particular thing i did on my own was teach myself how to ride a bike. I decied one day i was gonna ride a bike and so with two bloody knees and a lot of bruses all over, by the end of the day i was ridding like a pro. It was pretty much one of my favorite past times of all after i learned of course. When my family lived in Georgia we lived in a culdasack and i would drive my bike around and around in the circle over and over. My mom called me a speed demon cause i would just speed around the cirlce so fast yetI would never seem to fall off. But this one time i went right into the ditch/swamp near my house. I went right in and walked right back out like it was ment to happen, i never cried and i walked right back to my house and said to my mother calmly "mommy i fell in the swamp."
5. And last but not least i love cold pillows and sheets. For some reason if my sheets and pillows are warm when i go to bed i really can't go to sleep. Cold pillows could possibly be one of my most favorite things in the whole world, nothin beats it. It can only be cold once because then once you lay down on it, it starts to warm up. After about 20 mins and turning the pillow over and laying on all parts its warm again. That instant when i first put my head down just makes my feel soo comfy.
There are many other weird things i do and say but i hope you enjoyed reading the little tid bits about things you might not know have known!

and thus it begins...

Its official school has started and i loooove it. I mean theres lots of work but my classes pretty much rock! I get to give speechs, learn spanish and most important i get to meet new people. My teachers are hilarious and the stuff i get to work on is so entertaining. The other day in my non-verbal communication class the teacher put us in groups and asked us to preform a few experiments on campus. The topic was going out of social norms. So this one group decided they would stare at people and recored their reactions. Cause its not the norm to stare at people just because you can. One boy in our class went to the cafateria and had the best encounter ever! The place was pretty much vacant (cause it was in between feeding times) most of the tables were empty, except for this one poor victim sittin all by himself eattin a buritto at 1030 in the morning. (that in itself enough said, a burrito from the penn state cafeteria...prob not a good idea at 1030 in the morning). Any way the boy in my class sat right across from him...keepin in mind there were plenty of other seats around that he could have choosen since there was hardly no one there. As he sat down the boy with the burrito was like hey, as if he knew him, which he didnt. Then my classmate was like "hey can i have a bite of that?" boy with the burrito replies "hey sure"...can you beleive it he was acctually going to give a bite if his awesome burrito to a stranger he had never met. All of us around the corner that were watchin couldn't hold it in and busted up laughing...too good to be true. Anyway thats the kind of fun things i get to do in class. I hope it just gets better from here.
Then just a couple days ago my boyfriend came up to visit totally suprise. and we had a super time!! i took some pics of our cute selves, and i posted them down at the bottom!!!

The Start of a New Year!!

Well so I spent my holidays with my family and my boyfriend Eddie. My first Adventure was with my family on our Christmas vacation to Baltimore. Since i work at a Marriott i was able to get a HUGE discount on our rooms at a 5 star hotel. Pretty much two rooms for two nights for less than the price of one room for one night. It was pretty much the best. We went to the Aquarium, took a cruise around the harbor and ate some of the best Sea food in town. We encountered many of the funny towns folk there. For example the captin of our cruise ship....which was really just a water taxi but he liked to think it was a large cruiser...anyway he was able to recite all the States in the US in alphabetical order...i think enough said. After eating at some pretty great places and people watching i was able to spend New Years with my boyfriend Eddie, he was my favorite present cause i was able to spend all day with him on New Years without him having to go into work. A whole day together it was awesome!!
So now its the start of a new year!! Im about ready to start school back up and be a Student again. I am WAY excited. After a long time of wondering what to do with my life i finally figured it out. I want to be an event planner, basicly throw a party and make sure it runs smoothly. But its a little more than that I'll be able to plan and carry out large events for large bussniess or small private owned companies. I hope to get an intership over the summer up in State College while taking my summer classes just to get started. Then Ill have some kind of experience when i start looking for a job. By this time next year i will be all done and graduated...scary i know. But with that said I know there is alot of work involved but in the end, a better job that pays more, and hopefully a better car...one that doesn't technically qualify as an antique! Thats all for now.
